Spacious, modern apartment,great for families.Lovely spacious apartment, modern decor, comfy beds, basics: towels, soaps, tea and coffee, biscuits.Nothing major, wooden doors a bit sticky getting into property. Just on street parking which might mean further up the street to park as can be busy,however was able to drive closer to property to load bags when we left.

Beautiful flat, excellent location, great weekend overall.Location, utilities, appliances all excellent and spotlessly clean.Stripping the beds, early check out time with no option for late check out, awkward locks on interior doors - first of the interior doors felt it didn’t lock without force.

Beautiful flat in beautiful area!We stayed there for 1 week and enjoyed every minute. Flat is very comfortable and heating did a very good job. Neighbours were really friendly and helpful. Easy to drive to Rothesay or to Ettrick Bay- bus stop only a few steps from the flat 100% to recommend!The shower didn't work but there was a second bath where the shower worked. So it was ok.

The view from the front window will live in our minds for a long time. A quiet and peaceful place. We would recommend the Caledonia Bistro & Eider Bakery.
