With over a decade of experience in senior management within the motor trade, Alan brings strong expertise in customer service, leadership and operations. At Soltire Stays, he leads business development, builds relationships with property owners and supports the continued growth of the company. Outside of work, Alan enjoys staying active and spending quality time with his two young children.

Born and raised on the Isle of Bute, Tricia has extensive experience in housekeeping, property services and local hospitality. After founding her own housekeeping and property service company in 2015, she later purchased the local laundrette with her daughter in 2023. At Soltire Stays, Tricia oversees the guest experience and helps ensure every property is maintained to a high standard. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Cooper.

With a background in social media, sales and marketing, Shelby has experience helping businesses build their presence and connect with the right audiences. At Soltire Stays, she leads our marketing and social media, promoting our properties, connecting with owners and guests and supporting the continued growth of the brand. Outside of work, Shelby enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.

With experience working in her family business, Sarah has developed a strong work ethic and an appreciation for teamwork and responsibility. At Soltire Stays, she supports the company’s social media and leads its TikTok content, helping showcase the properties and personality behind the brand. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys learning new skills, staying busy and getting involved in her local community..
